Life is such a mixture of events and emotions. There are times when it has felt like someone pulled the rug from under my feet and I have had to experience things I never would have chosen but God’s grace and compassion has kept me covered and he has surrounded me by caring family and friends. An unexpected okay to a planned Florida vacation I thought was going to be cancelled because of dr visits and treatments was a delightful surprise. My husband and I got to stay in a high rise condo on the top floor overlooking the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Our son in law has access to this vacation spot when it has an opening. His company owns 2 condos shared between the employees. They invited us to join them. Our grandson Oliver was an absolute delight 2 and a half year olds are filled with wonder and excitement. He loved the beach and playing in the sand and the pool with his mommy and daddy.

We also dot to reunite with blogging friend Terri in Lakeland. I tried to post a pic from my phone from our visit but was unable so I’ll do that later What a wonderful visit at the bistro and beautiful garden. I won’t say too much because I will catch up when I get home and share more. Truly there is no distance in friendships that are joined at the heart. I’ll write more later. I am posting this from my phone I need my computer to do better.

Be blessed and treasure the loved ones God places in your life. Some days are hard but brighter days come back around.

I will be looking forward to your blog about your visit with Terri as she is one of my blogging buddies, too, and someone I so hope to meet in person some day. Your grandson is a cutie, that's for sure! Our grands have a way of making us feel so young and energetic again.
Blessings and take good care of yourself!
