These are a couple views from inside of my home . It was time for some updating but the process sure is difficult. We have some very nice people doing the work for us. It’s nice for my husband to have a break and let someone else do the work. It’s a retirement gift to ourselves . I can’t wait till it’s done , everything will look so new. This is the way of life , sometimes the process isn’t easy in making improvements but it’s always worth it.
In the meantime we have got out and visited parks and had meals out which is fun for awhile.
Yesterday was so pretty. Last. Ight we got a wind storm but today is fine. There were a few branches down and I saw some little birds that didn’t make it. That’s sad.
I think my new countertops may come today, I can’t wait to have a functional kitchen again!
What’s neat now is the singing I hear. Our painter has Christian music playing and is singing along, God bless him!

ReplyDeleteThe countertops are in but not installed yet the guy who does that is away today. I like them a whole new look after having the 1970s harvest gold so long

ReplyDeleteYou certainly do have two cuties there. Grandchildren make life good. The process of re-modeling can sure be a headache and can take quite a while. You will be so happy when it is completed and he enjoyment will bring you so much happiness. Enjoyed the pictures of the parks.
