The Love of God
Some people seem to pop out of the bed and into the day with little effort and some of us need a little more time. Whatever one you are I wish you all blessings today.
There are many kinds of love romantic love, brotherly love and the love of God. There is a song called the Love of God. It is an old hymn. One of the lines is. "Could we with ink the ocean fill and were the skies of parchment made, And were the skies of parchment made
Were every stalk on earth a quill And every man a scribe by trade To write the love of God above Would drain the ocean dry Nor could the scroll contain the whole Though stretched from sky to sky "
I'm happy to see that many of the old hymns I have grown up with have stood the test of time and are still being recorded today by groups like Mercy Me. I think the song has great meaning.
Have a wonderful Sunday!
