Morning Song
Be not discouraged oh child of God,
And know that He’s your strength and song
Although the night may seem so long,
He’s singing over you.
Oh come to where the waters flow,
That bring sweet healing to your soul,
Let the sunshine of His love and grace,
Direct you towards a higher place
Rise up ,rise up on wings of prayer,
Where faith and hope replace despair,
Release to Him your every care,
Let songs of praises fill the air.

By day the Lord directs his love,
at night his song is with me—
a prayer to the God of my life.
I wrote the poem a couple years ago. There sure has been a lot that happened in the last couple years but God is faithful. There have been some trying times but also so many times of rejoicing,

DeleteWonderful photo's, you have a really eye for catching the light just right. What Lighthouse is that? I used to do lots of cross stitch and stitched several of the NC lighthouses, and that looks like it might be one?
