Just a quick blog

Good afternoon ! It seems forever since I have blogged anything and it is not that I don't enjoy doing it. Sometimes it just takes more time than I am able to devote to it. If I am not here I do tend to peek in to facebook more often . It's easier to post a quick status and at least keep a "little" in contact with family and friends. I still don't get around completely though. My mom, sister and brother and lots of relatives and friends are on there that don't blog on other sites so it works out. I often sip on morning coffee and chat with my sister.

Monday I was a little exhausted. My son Justin and his wife and 6 children spent the weekend and also we had our oldest son visit . Justin and Angie's two oldest girls will be 8 in November. He has the 2 almost 8 year olds, one almost 7 year old, two 3 year olds and little Noah who was 1 on June 1st. Quite a crew!

It may still take me a little bit to get back into the swing of things and it's harder to blog with only one online computer and sharing this one with my son at home.

We had a lot of fun with kids and grandkids at Lincoln Park Saturday
It was the last day for the farm and museum to be open at the National part of the park. The children enjoyed the animals a lot at the little cabin, farm.

These are all 10 of the grandchildren. My oldest son and his wife have 4 and Justin and Angie have 6.
The leafs are starting to change color.
This is my son and grandson Noah and my youngest son walking up who works at Lincoln.

I wish I had more time to sit here and write but my day is getting away and I have to start supper. Perhaps I will have time to carry on tomorrow. I want to visit blogs soon too. Sorry it's been like this . I'll do my writing now and peek back in later if I can. Today just seems to be moving along way too fast.

  3. Fall is an appropriate name. We seem to hurl down a slippery slope into the holiday whirl, then the new year starts with our minds overwhelmed. Spending with family is awesome.
