It’s been a good day today . My daughter and 3 year old son came to visit and we had a nice time watching Oliver play and swing.
The black dog is Zorro. He’s pretty sweet and quite big but gentle.
I feel blessed in so many ways but I have my up and down days.

Speaking of songs we went to the small country church our oldest son and family attend this last Sunday. I just love it so much there and we sang hymns. It reminds me of my growing up days and since then so many hymns have come to my mind. I find myself singing them. It’s amazing how they have stayed with me since childhood. It was easier to learn songs then anyways. I’m glad I did. My sister and I send each other hymns and songs from You Tube. It’s a great encouragement.
Going to sleep now. I pray I sleep better than last night. It was just one of those nights. I need to quiet my mind.

We attend a wonderful little church that still sings the old hymns. We are a happy, friendly and loving little church who loves Jesus and isn't ashamed to say so!! ReplyDeleteThe church we recently joined is a small, country-type, cozy place. We sing a lot of the older hymns, plus some contemporary tunes. We are loving it!
