What a beautiful evening. I was feeling pretty good so we went to Wednesday night church and afterward walked at Parklands. The sun was bright orange my pictures don’t do it justice. My “Survivor” tshirt came in the mail today. I have a lot to celebrate . Each time there are more wildflowers at the park, so pretty to see and to walk in the cool of the evening. I’m really enjoying this part of the year more since I had surgery because it bothered me thinking about it . Anticipating something you don’t look forward to is almost worse than the actual event. Reminds me of the saying “ Don’t let tomorrow’s worries rob you of todays joys. “ God gives us grace when we need it.
The flowers are beautiful, and so is the sun. Your Yucca is tall and majestic! You are so right!! As the song says "The Waiting Is The Hardest Part."
