Hello! I'm trying to keep in practice better with my blogging. Sometimes I don't do it because it takes so much time or I think I have to come up with some sort of ingenuous theme. So here I am short and simple instead. It keeps me going! Life is full of simplicity as well as drama and complex issues. Looking back in time often the simple things are the sweetest memories of all.
The top photo is of my two oldest twin grand daughters and one of their 3 year old sisters. The next is with a friend they made while I had them at the neighborhood park. There is a big surrounding field so it's a very nice country feel.
It's so nice how children often accept each other and become friends. Maybe not always but there mostly seems to be more trust and innocence. God bless the little children as they grow into men and women. God bless us all with wisdom yet also trust that in this crazy world there are still genuine caring people. The news often focuses on the crazies but there are so many who shine with a loving spirit and people need people. I thank God for those who have made a positive difference in my life and the life's of others.

Amen, Cheryl. Someone posted a quote from Mr. Rogers on facebook. When he was little and would see something which upset him on the news, his mother always told him to look for the helpers. When something bad happens the helpers are there and they're the good people.
ReplyDeleteLove it when you blog about you, your family and your day to day.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos, Cheryl, and your positive spin on the simplicity of our lives. Something we all need to be in touch with!! Your posts, whether short or long, always lift me up!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos, Cheryl! If everyone in this world had the sweet innocence of a child, this world would be a better place!
ReplyDeleteI think we complicate our lives way too much. Simple is best in so many aspects of life. I love your photos and the video was so refreshing.
