Tuesday Walk

This Tuesday was nice. It started out a little drizzly early in the morning but later the sun came out. I was in a cleaning mood so I worked onthe house a lot with the T.V. off and the screen windows open to listen to the song birds.I love when the temperature is not too hot or cold and I can let the fresh air in. Somehow it seems like rainy days or cloudy or cold days should be the times it's easier to clean but for me the sunshine helps me feel better inside or outside. I walked up to the farms this afternoon also and it was so beautiful as the sun was getting ready to set.

Walking in quiet places is a time of refreshing. It helps to change my focus from the things that weigh me down and clutter my thoughts. I return home more peaceful and inspired. Nature has such a positive effect.
