These Walks

I hear birds singing outside and it looks like it's going to be a beautiful sunny day here in Indiana. I love home but I am fondly remembering our early walks to the beach. There is something magical about getting up in the dark and going to see the sun coming up over the ocean. What a gift from God to see this glorious display of the golden light emerging. It is so beautiful over the water and the waves. I could never tire of the sight. These are just a few cell phone pictures but I did have my camera as well. I still have to download them to my computer. When I have time I will do that. Since I am trying to get back into blogging I am trying to be consistent. Some of the people I used to blog with seem to be gone but some are here. My friend Terri from Florida and I have stayed in contact for years. Things did'nt work out just right to meet again while we were in Florida this time but I'm sure there will be other times soon. I have already become aquainted with some new friends too and I appreciate you all. Blogging is a really great way to connect with great people. I think what you are returns to you. If you truly love people it shows. I have enjoyed seeing all the beautiful pictures and family friendly blogs and learning new things. Some of you are so talented in decorating and I admire that. Some share such beautiful words and encouraging scripture that are uplifting. In a world where too many people are negative and put others down that encouragement is so refreshing! We all have our gifts that are meant to be shared and blogging is one way to do that. The internet has it's downside and dark places but there is also light that shines through , light of kindness, light of friendship, light of learning and growing and so much more. I am thankful for the light of God's love. May His favor surround you . Thank you for your friendship! Happy 1st day of March!
